Our Cotswolds Founder's Choice Single Malt Whisky is our first cask strength single malt whisky. Matured exclusively in our innovative shaved, toasted and re-charred American oak red wine casks, it has an incredible depth of flavour and colour. Plenty of deep red fruit notes, balanced by dry wood spice and caramel, make this a full-bodied and indulgent whisky that shows off these special casks in the best possible light.

Awarded Best English Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2019, 3 stars at the Great Taste Awards 2019, and a Gold medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2019.
100% locally grown, floor-malted barley, Cask strength, Natural colour, Non-chill filtered

Tasting Notes
Nose: Dry hay and cut wood, with dark chocolate and dried figs, and plums in sweet syrup. Palate: Warming cereal and toast notes, with lots of fresh red fruits and butterscotch. Finish: Hints of spicy oak, lots of dried fruit and a lingering nutty, dry note.
