Cotswolds Dry Gin

Our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin is a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals, including local lavender from the Cotswolds and freshly peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest. Due to the unusually high volume of botanicals we use, our gin causes a beautiful pearlescent cloud to appear when ice or tonic is added. A juniper-led gin with fresh citrusy notes and a hint of lavender.

Our Cotswolds Dry Gin has been hand-crafted in small batches to create a smooth London dry-style gin with a Cotswolds twist. We combine our unique botanical mix and purest wheat spirit in our handmade Holstein copper pot still and allow for a long maceration and slow distillation, resulting in a beautifully balanced gin of the finest quality.

Signature Serve - Cotswolds Cloudy Gin & Tonic:

Ingredients:
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
100ml Tonic Water
1 slice of pink grapefruit
1 bay leaf

Method: Fill a large coupe glass with ice, pour over a gin and top with classic tonic water. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a fresh bay leaf.

Nose: Fresh citrus notes of grapefruit upfront with earthy coriander and sweet floral juniper. Soft notes of cracked black pepper and perfumed Cotswolds lavender.

Palate: Clean, pine spice from the juniper followed by fresh grapefruit and coriander seed. Black pepper spice bilds with a touch of dryness from the angelica root. Light mineral and eucalyptus notes from the bay leaf before notes of lime and lavender.

Finish: Clean and balanced. Juniper, citrus and cooling notes from the bay leaf and cardamom.

We source the finest casks from around the world for our whisky, including first-fill bourbon barrels from Kentucky, wine barriques from France & Portugal and sherry casks from Spain. All barrels are used for full-term maturation, not cask finishing. We use our barrels only once.

We respect our beautiful surroundings and are committed to protecting our environment. Our spent grains feed local cows, our stillage is turned into biogas, and solar energy helps power our distillery.

Cotswolds Dry Martini

Ingredients:
60ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
15ml Cocchi Americano Bianco
Grapefruit twist - to garnish

Method: Place your martini glass in the freezer to chill while you prepare your drink. Pour your Cotswolds Dry Gin and Cocchi into a mixing glass, add ice to the top and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into your chilled martini glass, and garnish with a grapefruit twist zested over the top.
