ok for scrambled eggs
This is good for scrambled eggs or French toast. Frittata and quiche were very disappointing, both went in the bin.
Not as good as OGGS
I bought this to make some scrambled eggs and found the texture to be a bit too jelly like, and the flavour no so good. OGGS Whole Ogg is a far better product overall.
fantastic in cakes
This has transformed my baking. Its the best egg replacer yet keeps the cake together, without it being too crumbly and about 3 eggs per bottle.
fantastic egg replacement for cooking
Ive not used this to create an egg dish like scrambled eggs but as an ingredient say in cake it works perfectly as an alternative.
great for baking
Used for pancakes, banana bread and a moist yoghurt cake. All turned out well. Great for the whole family to enjoy eating with my son who has an egg allergy.
Made a good omelette
Normally these things don't good so good and have to make it scrambled but this made a lovely omelette when flavoured. I thought taste not better than some others. Buying more to try French toast with it next. Was recommended by a friend too, so seems a success for a few of us
