Handy Tip
If dough feels sticky you can sprinkle with a little flour and lay your parchment over it to re-roll.

How to Make Snowman Biscuits
1 Prepare
- Make sure your butter is softened - if still hard, pop it in the microwave for 5-10 seconds until soft.
2 Mix
- Pour all your biscuit mix into a large bowl, add your butter and rub into the mixture using your fingertips or blend until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
- Make a well in the centre and pour in your syrup or honey and mix together.
Tip the dough out and knead briefly until smooth.
- Wrap your ball of dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.
3 Bake
- Preheat your oven to 190°C / 170°C Fan / Gas
- Line a baking tray with baking parchment paper.
- Lay your dough between two more sheets of parchment paper. Press dough lightly with a rolling pin and roll backwards and forwards, left to right until it is about 5mm thick.
- Now place your cut out templates on your dough and cut around them with a knife, carefully place them onto your baking tray (remember to do enough shapes to make 4 snowmen).
- Roll the leftover scraps of dough into small marble-sized balls and place on baking tray.
- Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes or until golden.
- Once ready remove from the oven and leave to cool, use a wire rack if you have one.

4 Decorate
- Add a teaspoon of icing sugar into a bowl. Roll the gingerbread balls in the icing sugar to make them snowballs and set aside.
- Tip the remaining icing sugar into the bowl and add 3-4 teaspoons of water to make a thick, glossy icing.
Spoon icing into the piping bag and snip off the tip.
Assemble the snowman biscuits pieces and pipe an outline of icing around the edges.
- Pipe a scarf on some and decorate with the snow pearl sprinkles. Use the icing to stick the buttons and the orange bean on its side for the nose. Use the black icing writer to add eyes and a big smile and pipe any extra snowman details as you wish.
- Now add extra fun by decorating the biscuits with your cut out snowman accessories from inside of pack.

Snow-goood You've Finished!
Time for some festive munching and sharing with family and good friends!
Enjoy!
