Try Crazy Jack's Coconut Milk
Ingredients: (makes 200ml coconut milk)
200g Crazy Jack Desiccated Coconut
300ml hot water

1. Put the desiccated coconut into a bowl and pour over the hot water.
2. Leave to soak for at least 10 minutes, and allow it to cool thoroughly.
3. Strain the coconut through a clean muslin cloth (or a sieve) and squeeze it dry.
4. Top Tip: Add the coconut milk to a curry for extra richness, or blend with a banana for a truly tropical smoothie.
