Gooey Vegan Brownies
(10g chia seeds = 1 tbsp)
- 1 Creative Nature brownie baking mix (250g)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 9 tbsp water
- 125g dairy free spread

How to Make
Preheat oven to 180°C. Soak your chia seeds in water for about 10 minutes until they turn gloopy. Then add all your ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth, adding a bit of water if it seems dry. Spoon the mixture to a 20 x 20 brownie tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
