Recipes

Vegan Recipe
- 3 Large ripe bananas
- 50g Dairy free spread/butter
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

How to Make
- Mash the bananas up in a mixing bowl with a fork, then pop all the ingredients in and give a good stir.
- Add the mix and combine well, then pour into a 1lb loaf tin a leave to rest for about 10 mins, so the ingredients can all get to know each other better.
- Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/350F/ Gas mark 4.
- Once the oven is up to temperature, pop the tin in and bake for 45-50 mins.
- Remove and let it cool in the tin for 10 mins before 'sharing' with friends and family.
