Place in a hot dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side or put into a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 2 minutes. Then add toppings, fold, slice and serve.

Serves 2
Durum wheat piadina with salami & smoked provolone
Ingredients:
2 Mini durum wheat piadina
3-4 Slices salami napoli
3-4 Slices smoked provolone cheese
A handful of fresh rocket
Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
1. Follow on-pack instructions to heat 2 piadina until soft and flaky.
2. While the piadina are still warm, top each piadina with slices of salami napoli and smoked provolone. Top with fresh rocket.
3. Drizzle everything with good quality extra virgin olive oil and a twist of salt and black pepper if desired.
4. Fold the piadina in half and serve immediately while warm.
