Pane Pugliese Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 2 slices Pane Pugliese
- Fresh oregano
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
- Mixed cherry tomatoes
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
1. Warm the Pane Pugliese - Toast 2 slices of Pane Pugliese until golden.
2. Prepare the Filling - Rub both slices of Pane Pugliese with half of the fresh garlic clove. Mince the remaining garlic and combine with the diced cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt and black pepper. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
3. Top & Serve - Generously top both slices of bread with the tomato mix, slice and serve while warm.
