This is a serious hunger buster for 1 or as a light lunch for 2. Invite a friend, get out the parmesan and olive oil, pop on some garlic bread and make a leafy salad ...and chat!!

Hob - From Chilled. Cooker: Empty contents into a saucepan, bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring frequently.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove lid and place loosely on the top of the tub. Heat at 800W for 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Put back in for a further 2 minutes.
Leave to stand for 1 minute.
