Recipes

Brussels sprouts with bacon
1 Fry some small cubes of bacon in a drizzle of olive oil until crispy and golden. Put to one side.
2 Halve the D'Aucy brussels sprouts and fry until golden brown in the same pan you used for the bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 60 ml of vegetable stock and a teaspoon of mustard. Bring to the boil and leave to simmer until the sprouts are tender and the stock has evaporated, stirring frequently.
3 Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with bacon.
