Recipes
Spinach and feta muffins
1 Mix together 250 g of flour, 5 g of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt, 2 eggs beaten with 80 ml of oil, and 300 ml of warm water.
2 Add the D'Aucy chopped spinach and some small cubes of feta to the mixture.
3 Pour the mixture into some muffin tins and bake at 180 °C for 15 to 20 min.
