Cooking Instructions - General. How to cook: can be served hot or cold.; Hob - From Chilled. Empty contents into a saucepan and stir gently while heating. Do not boil as this will impair the flavour.; Microwave - From Chilled. (800W 2 mins). Empty contents into a microwaveable container and cover. Heat on full power for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for a further 1 minute. Check that product is hot before serving.

Vegetable pancakes
1 Drain, then crush the D'Aucy potatoes.
Add 2 eggs, 50 g of grated cheese a drained can of peas and carrots.
2 Season with salt, pepper and some chopped parsley.
3 Mix together and make patties.
Fry the patties in a knob of butter for 5 min each side, until they are golden brown.
