Sauté over a high heat with a drizzle of hot olive oil.
2 Make a guacamole by mixing 1 avocado, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 pinch of salt and a hint of cumin.
3 Fill the tortillas with the guacamole and D'Aucy small vegetables.
