Dalton Winery

Canaan is an easy drinking wine and can be enjoyed with most types of food.

The colour of this wine is extracted by a rigorous regime of pumping over and warm fermentation. Once all the red grapes from the various vineyards had been harvested and fermentation completed, the winemaker chose the wines suitable for blending into the Canaan.
