This is a wonderfully aromatic white wine with a floral bouquet of citrus, peaches and pineapples. The wine is crisp, fruity slightly sweet and full of Mediterranean sunshine.

Once all the grapes from the various vineyards had been harvested and fermentation completed, the winemaker chose the wines suitable for blending into the Canaan.
