Hollandaise sauce
A rich, creamy sauce made with melted butter, golden egg yolks and lemon juice. Delicious with classic eggs Benedict, asparagus or poached salmon.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks.

Do not heat. Best served at room temperature.
