OUR LOVE FOR FOOD INSPIRES US TO GO FURTHER
We've been farming organically for over 35 years, meaning our animals enjoy their natural grass and forage-based diet, growing into strong and healthy animals, free from unnecessary chemicals, antibiotics and GM feed.
We choose British breeds who thrive in their native landscape and encourage healthy biodiversity on our farm. We avoid waste of any kind, so manure and kitchen waste compost are returned to the soil as rich natural fertilisers. We have built our own abattoir to ensure the highest animal welfare and reduced food miles, which results in better tasting meat, and we spread our message far beyond the boundaries of our own fields.
Each step of our journey is made with a conscience, and a love for food.

Shocking and inedible
Literally could not eat anything as there was nothing to eat. This was a tight package of bones, sinew and fat. It was impossible to separate the ribs and no meat to be seen. Poorest food item I have ever come across and I don't believe that these should be sold.
Horrible - waste of a dinner
Horrible. Cooked 2 packs, sat down to eat and just gave up. Horrible smell to them, almost like lamb and I dont eat lamb. No meat on them at all. The cat enjoyed a little nibble though. Definitely wouldnt buy again.
Worst ribs ever
This ribs, were too large, had all the meat cut off them, Any meat was tough and fat. The fat tasted and smelled rancid. They were thrown into the bin. Never bought such dreadful ribs ever.
It feels as if something has gone horribly wrong with this product. Either Daylesford have made a mistake with the oven cooking instructions, or theyve overlooked the fact that these ribs are actually raw. 25 minutes at 160 degrees in a fan oven did not cut it. The result of cooking these ribs in accordance with the instructions was nothing short of an inedible disaster. The meat wasnt cooked through properly, so nowhere near falling off the bone as ribs are generally supposed to. Together with the less than appetising taste, we decided we couldnt eat them, not even after some further cooking. As for the Honey BBQ Sauce, it tasted like nothing of the sort and just wasnt nice. Sadly the whole lot had to go in the bin, which was such a waste.
Completely agree with other reviews. My sister thought they smelled good but personally I did not like the smell. Meat was wrapped in fat and completely in accessible. Any meat we could get was incredibly tough. Love this brand but these were awful
