Daylesford Organic English Bunched Rainbow Beetroot are mildly sweet and slightly earthy, with firm, colourful roots and fresh leafy tops that make them as beautiful on the plate as they are to eat. Roast them whole until tender and serve warm with goat’s cheese, walnuts, and a drizzle of balsamic, or slice them raw on a mandoline for a vibrant addition to summer salads and grain bowls. The leafy tops can also be wilted and served much like chard or spinach, making this a wonderfully versatile and waste-free addition to the kitchen.
