Daylesford Organic Fig & Walnut Crackers

Studded with chewy figs and toasted walnut, the sweetness of these moreish crackers complements the piquant blues from our farm. These biscuits are perfect for whipping up canapes with a spoonful of paté or our buttery and bold rind-washed Baywell cheese.


Our collection of crackers, oatcakes and toasts are made to pair perfectly with the cheeses from our organic farm in the Cotswolds. The creamery is just yards from the milking parlour, where we milk our grass pastured British Friesian and rare Single Gloucester cows each day. We use traditional artisan skills and patience to gently press, wrap and age each cheese throughout the year, working with nature when the milk changes as the pastures blossom and bloom, as our cheesemakers coax out the very best flavours from the milk.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume before the best before date on base of pack.
