sunflower oil taste
These say they have only olive oil which is rare these days but they recently started to taste strongly of seed oils so seems like Daylesford has switched the olive oil to cheaper seed oils without adjusting label and price. I have spoken with others who says the same about the product
Unpleasant
Agree with a previous reviewer who stated that these have "a vinegary sharpness to them which overpowers any other flavour."
Genuinely vile.
These are inedible? Not sure if bad batch but they taste like paint stripper.
olive oil artichokes
Its really hard to find artichokes without nasty sunflower or rapeseed oils added. These have a lovely flavour and texture, with a slight hint of vinegar. Great in salads and pasta
fantastic grilled artichokes in extra virgin olive
At last grilled artichokes in extra virgin olive oil, instead of cheaper, gut inflammatory alternatives, such as sunflower or rapeseed oil, which also leave a nasty taste. You can taste the vinegar marinade, but this is how they are in Italy. They are also toothsome and not at all soggy, unlike cheaper alternatives. Absolutely delicious!
Daylesford chargrilled artichokes in olive oil
Terrible . Raw chewy leaves. So vinegary inedible
