Daylesford Organic English New Potatoes are tender, naturally sweet, and full of fresh, earthy flavour, with delicate skins that need little preparation. Simply steam or boil until just tender, then finish with butter, sea salt and chopped herbs such as mint, parsley, or chives. They are delicious served warm with spring vegetables, fish, roast chicken, or grilled meats, or cooled and dressed with mustard, olive oil, and fresh herbs for a seasonal potato salad. For a richer option, gently crush them with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and lemon zest, or roast until golden for crisp edges and a soft, creamy centre.
