Daylesford Organic English Padron Peppers are small, tender green peppers with a delicate savoury flavour and an occasional surprising touch of heat. Best cooked simply, toss them in olive oil in a hot pan, on the barbecue or under the grill until their skins char and soften, then finish with flaky sea salt and a squeeze of lemon. They make a wonderful tapas-style snack, starter or sharing side, and pair beautifully with grilled meats, seafood, halloumi, aioli, yoghurt dips, or fresh tomato salsa.
