Preparation and Usage
| For perfectly cooked pork, our head chef recommends: Leg & Loin Joint: Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Pan-fry until golden brown all over, then place in a hot oven (180°C/fan 160°C/Gas mk 4). Roast for 30 minutes per 500g, plus a further 30 minutes, until the pork is cooked through with no pink meat, and the juices run clear. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat. |
