2 Daylesford Organic Pork Loin Steaks
We’ve been farming organically for over 35 years, meaning our animals enjoy their
natural grass and forage-based diet, growing into strong and healthy animals, free from
unnecessary chemicals, antibiotics and GM feed.
We choose British breeds who thrive in their native landscape and encourage healthy
biodiversity on our farm. We avoid waste of any kind, so manure and kitchen waste compost are returned to the soil as rich natural fertilisers. We have even built our own abattoir to ensure the highest animal welfare and reduce food miles, which results in better tasting meat, and we spread our message far beyond the boundaries of our own fields. Each step of our journey is made with a conscience, and a love for food.

Pan Fry Loin Steaks: Place in a searing hot frying pan with oil for 5-10 minutes, season meat and turn occasionally. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Grill Loin Steaks: Season with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium heat and place on grill pan for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.

Really delicious
These are expensive but worth the price, especially cooked according to the pork loin ginger recipe given below. I cooked for a guest and he said he'd never tasted anything better in any London restaurant.
Vile smell
Majority of time these come foul sour smelling which is no wonder as they come with 5 time more air than there's meat in the box. Daylesford you should vacuum pack your meat. And this is problem also with your other meat a lot of the times.
Pork not from Daylesford
As per Daylesford website the pigs are not from Daylesford farm and therefore most of the info on the Ocado website is incorrect.
Bit pricey, but...
really nice pork.
lovely
really good pork, tasty, not tough. I cooked at 180c in an airfryer
Lovely \x27real\x27 pork
Bought on flash sale, perhaps we were lucky. These tasted like 'pork'. V little water came out during cooking. Ours were tender.
