Preparation and Usage
Rinse and drain 225g (8 oz) of quinoa, place in a saucepan and pour over 850ml (1.5 pints) boiling water. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until tender.

>Insert theatrical gulps here< £7.55 for 500g!!? You really have got to be kidding me. I know prices have risen, and yes, it IS organic. But at this price I'd expect it hand delivered by the farmer and have an hour or two in a dark room with a couple of his farm hands.
