Our collection of crackers, oatcakes and toasts are made to pair perfectly with the cheeses from our organic farm in the Cotswolds. The creamery is just yards from the milking parlour, where we milk our grass pastured Britsh Friesian and rare Single Gloucester cows each day. We use traditional artisan skills and patience to gently press, wrap and age each cheese throughout the year, working with nature when the milk changes as the pastures blossom and bloom, as our cheesemakers coax out the very best flavours from the milk.
