Daylesford Organic English Sweetcorn is sweet, juicy, and full of sunny seasonal flavour, with tender kernels that need only simple cooking to shine. Boil or steam the cobs until just tender, then finish with butter, sea salt and herbs such as parsley, coriander, or chives, or grill them for a smoky char that pairs beautifully with chilli, lime, and a little grated cheese. The kernels can also be sliced from the cob and folded through salads, salsas, fritters, soups and risottos, bringing natural sweetness and colour to summer dishes.
