Preparation and Usage
FOR PERFECTLY COOKED PHEASANT, OUR HEAD CHEF RECOMMENDS: WHOLE PHEASANT Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan/gas mark 5). Remove all packaging, put the bird on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper if you like. Cook for 45 minute s, until piping hot and the juices run clear. PHEASANT BREAST Put the oil in a small heavy-based frying pan over a high heat. Cook for 4-6 minutes on each side until the p roduct is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear.
