Vinification Details
A specialised yeast strain isolated by Institut Oenologique de Champagne is employed to highlight the varietal characteristics of the Traminer. Completed a healthy 10-14 day ferment in stainless steel. Wine is then dealcoholised using the newest SIGMATEC technology from Schmidt. The process is a distillation under vacuum. This allows the elimination of alcohol at low temperature (30 - 35 °C) thus with a minimum aroma loss.

Too sweet
I guess unsurprisingly, this is just sweet grape juice. I had one glass and poured the rest away. Unpleasant.

Very drinkable
Im not sure why some people have given this a bad review. Non alcoholic wine is never going to taste like alcoholic wine, but this one isnt at all bad. A little bit like the white Torros - not too sweet with a fruity aftertaste. Very drinkable!

Almost like real wine
Pleasant taste. But still missing something. Better than previous alcohol free wines
