Deli Kitchen’s delicious Pinsa bread is made with sourdough and extra virgin olive oil. This ltalian style, longer, soft flatbread can be used as an instant pizza base, laden with your favourite hot or cold toppings - so get creative! Served in a bakeable tray, you can pop this Pinsa straight in the oven, under the grill, or stick it on the barbecue and let it soak up all the smoky flavour. Give this a go!
1 Spread pizza sauce evenly across the Pinsa.
2 Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the sauce and top with your chosen toppings.
3 Keep the Pinsa in the tray and place directly on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
4 Serve immediately.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
