Specially selected and prepared by hand, these full flavour premium anchovies are skilfully salted then left to rest for several months in authentic Italian tradition. Then hand-filleted and packed in organic extra virgin Olive Oil. Perfect for enriching dishes and delicious on toasted bread and pizzas.

All our jars are filled by hand in accordance with the Italian ancient tradition, so don't be surprised if, when you open them,
you might find out that the anchovies are only rolled around the sides of the jars and not in the centre.
This is indeed the only way to allow the skilful fingers of our expert artisans to arrange the delicate fillets in the jars in an orderly manner and not random, just as this heritage demands.
