Della Vite Millesimato D.O.C. Prosecco Rose

Della Vite Millesimato Rosé Prosecco is an award winning, vintage style, vegan certified and sustainably crafted Prosecco. The wine is made from hand-picked Glera and Pinot Noir grapes and produced by a third-generation wine making family. The wine is fermented for three times as long as normal styles of Prosecco which gives a very soft and elegant bubble profile. Yeast strains, cultivated by Della Vite, are used which gives a vibrant, fresh and easy drinking character to the wine. The wine is made in Valdobbiadene, which is one of the best regions for Prosecco production.

Beneath the Dolomite mountains in Northern Italy, the hills of Valdobbiadene are filled with knowledge and passion for making Prosecco. A region of quiet valleys and dramatic skylines, grapes have been grown here since Roman times.

Elegant, pale coral pink in colour with an aromatic nose of freshly crushed wild berries and rhubarb. A bright, clean palate with delicate fruit flavours balanced by a creamy texture and fine bubbles, leading to a long, smooth finish. Try with fresh ceviche, baked cavolo nero or nduja bruschetta. It’s also delicious paired with mango sorbet or rhubarb panna cotta.

Prosecco Rosé is our exclusive vintage rosé. The extra-dry blend is made with 11% of carefully selected parcels of Pinot Nero, co-fermented with our premium Glera for 60 days. In combination with the long ferment, specially selected yeasts are used to produce a wine with an exceptional, creamy texture and a fine mousse. The wine is carefully filtered using vegan-friendly ceramic filtration, ensuring it retains bright, crisp flavours and freshness.
