Quick and easy lunch
I had this with sauce for lunch with my husband, it was plenty for 2. I was surprised that you really can taste the crab! I thought it was really tasty
absolutely love it!
I have no idea how one packet would feed two, I polished off the lot by myself and it was amazing! Ill be buying every week from now on, worth every penny.
couldn't really taste the crab
Wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this. Wow, it was fantastic, really good filling, such a change from usual flavours
Such a disappointment!
Whilst unfair to compare this product to a ravioli freshly made in an Italian restaurant, I would have hoped there to be some similarity. The pasta was rubbery and as for the filling,,, just the thought of its texture and taste rekindles the feeling of nausea I experience at the time of eating. Stupidly I trusted this product and served 3 bags worth to dinner guests and the verdict was unanimous... disgusting! It all ended up in the bin! I really don't know what the 5 star reviewers here are used to eating because even the dog looked queasy!
Feeds 2. The most delicious meal I have ever made. The secret here is patience, but you only need 10 minutes of that. You will need in addition: Sage leaves Pistachios Asparagus Salted butter Pecorino or Parmesan Extra virgin olive oil Black pepper 1. Pour yourself a glass of cold white Vermentino 2. Add a pack of fresh asparagus to the steamer 3. Pasta water needs to be gently simmering and not bubbling and 3 minutes sharp is all you need. Sauce: handful of sage leaves torn up into a pan of gently sizzling salted butter for about 60 seconds. Place the ravioli neatly on a large plate, add the sage butter and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Drape freshly steamed asparagus across the top and grated Parmesan or pecorino along with some black pepper. Finally, some chopped pistachios Candles are nice, so is the wine in a proper ice bucket with ice, crystal wine glasses always, vintage one-offs from charity shops are fun. Divine - Enjoy!
