1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
2. Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking.
3. Boil gently for 2 minutes (3 if frozen) then drain carefully.
4. Serve in warmed bowls with butter, extra-virgin olive oil or your favourite sauce or pesto. Don't forget to add some shavings of Parmigiano.
