Garlic lovers
Rejoice in another fab Delouis Mayo jar available from Ocado. Fab as pizza crust dip, a grilled chicken sandwich or baguette. Slather as one of your layers in best steak sandwich. I’ll use this instead of butter on so many sandwiches goes so well with layer of rocket or leaves on top and obviously as a chip dip.
Mayonnaise
This is ok for people who have grown up with a sharp vinegary tasting mayo but for people who have known the glory of real French mayonnaise which is sold in fresh daily in every charcuterie from Paris to tiny villages it's not a regular option. I've tried whatever mayo I can find in the UK but Hellman is my fall back now. It doesn't taste of vinegar at least. I've asked Ocado to include French garlic mayo from their Picard range and I hope some of you will approve of this request.

And nothing like any other aioli I've ever encountered. I threw it away.

This is a great aioli. Really garlicky and rich. Next best thing to home made.
Subtle \x26 superb with smoked salmon
I like the thick & creamy Maille one (why not in stock Ocado?) but find this just as delicious but very different. Its more subtle and not as thick but on top of smoked salmon on my homemade walnut bread is close to how good life can get! (OK maybe a sip of that Gauthier champagne currently half price as well!)
horribly vinegary
Awful - overpowering taste of vinegar. The Stokes one is best but seems always to be out of stock.
