Regional information

Situated on the perfectly suited North Downs close to Dorking, the vineyards of Denbies Wine Estate showcase the ideal geological features benefiting the site. The vineyards are dry farmed (un-irrigated) and low yielding (around 15HL/Ha).

Tasting notes

Fresh and elegant, this sparkling wine is brimming with classic Bacchus character with a traditionally fermented twist. The nose is alive with elderflower, which leads to a palate of ripe stone fruits. Finishing with a generous andpersistent mousse, this wine pairs with goat’s cheese souffle or simply as an aperitif.
