Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Raw bacon must be thoroughly cooked before being eaten.; Grill - From Chilled. Preheat grill to medium. Grill for 5-6 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Preheat frying pan to medium. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.

Storage: At home, keep in the original packaging and store in the fridge below 5ºC. Use within 3 days of opening and always by the Use By date. Freeze by date shown, best within 3 months of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Bacon can be refrozen if cooked.
