Product Information
So, you like Champagne? Let's face it, most people do. So how do you make a distinguished choice that reflects your exquisite taste in the finer things in life? After all, there are so many Champagnes to choose from.
Well of course you'll want a champagne with heritage, like Champagne Deutz, which can count on more than 180 years of experience. You'll want a champagne that exudes the sort of prestige associated with the most admired Grandes Marques houses, such as Champagne Deutz, and is endorsed by the finest hotels in the land, including The Ritz, The Connaught, and The Savoy. You'll want a champagne of exceptional quality, like Deutz, that has been crafted with the guiding principal of ‘quality above all else'. And then you might just fancy something a little more exclusive, not available on every corner or on every shelf - a champagne, you could say, for those ‘in the know'.
Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week

Regional information
The grapes are harvested in Ay, Marne Valley, Cotes des Blancs, and Montagne de Reims, with over 80% of the grapes coming from vineyards that are rated Premier or Grand Cru. For some years the company has employed a policy of sustainable viticulture, cutting down on the use of chemicals, reducing yields and increasing grape quality.
Tasting notes
The Brut Classic represents the distinctive house style of elegance and finesse, which has made Deutz one of the most respected of all Champagne houses. The colour of the wine is an intense gold with fine effervescence that signifies long maturation on the lees. On the nose, the wine initially displays notes of hawthorn and white flowers, which are followed by aromas of toast, marzipan and ripe pears. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and elegant with the freshness of Chardonnay and richness of Pinot Noir. Overall, the wine is well-rounded with a fruity finish.

Vinification details
Only the first press must, cuvée, is used. The wine is fermented in small tanks, with each plot being vinified separately, all the wine undergoes malo-lactic fermentation. After the assemblage, the wines are left to age for around 3 years. Brut Classic represents the distinctive house style of elegance and finesse. This non-vintage Champagne is matured according to traditional methods from a blend of several vintages from twenty of the best crus until it reaches a perfect balance of flavour.
