In 2019, we planted two acres of potatoes and ended up with a terrifying forty tonnes of spuds (we had to open a farm shop just to shift them). In year two, we managed to grow precisely the wrong kind of potato for crisps (there was shouting). Finally: victory - the perfect crisp-making spud. It's been emotional.
