Microwave - From Ambient. Remove packaging and heat for up to 1 minute (based on 900W Microwave); Oven cook - From Ambient. Preheat oven to 150°C/302°F, Gas Mark 2.
Remove packaging and bake for 1-2 minutes.; Toast - From Ambient. Warm through to preferred temperature.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within 2 days. Under warm conditions shelf life may be reduced. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze unopened on day of purchase and consume within 6 months. Defrost thoroughly if frozen and use within 2 days.
