Cant live without this

Every morning, without fail, I wake up and make myself a lions mane dirtea drink - with hot water and add some Mct oil too. I can genuinely say that it makes a difference to how my day goes and how much better my brain works. Love this stuff. Highly recommended.

LOVE THIS STUFF

It's a shame it's so expensive, but I love a coffee alternative. This tastes to me like horlicks which we love...this is our fave adaptogen ....mixes well with oat milk for a hot drink alternative....
