Great sauce

Use it for lasagna, love that it doesn't have added sugar

Great, but why the expense?

The sauce is very good and a great standby for a quick meal in a pinch. However, I take issue with the higher price for a smaller jar than standard Dolmio. It has fewer ingredients- why does it cost more?

Not for me

I normally make my own tomato sauce but thought this would be a good cupboard stand-by. Unfortunately this tasted too artificial for me.

Useful Standby.

I made Lasagna with a jar of Dolmio Sun-ripened Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce. I normally make my own sauces, but this was very convenient to use, I added it to the mince and onion and carried on with normal recipe. I didn't notice any lack of sugar. Useful to keep a jar in the cupboard to make a quick meal.

Good standby

We enjoyed this as part of a pasta bake dish. Literally used up what veg I had in the fridge and combined with the sauce. Very tasty!
