The plots for this wine are implanted on 3 towns of the denomination Châteauneuf-du-Pape: Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Bédarrides and Sorgues ; it is spreaded on Cansaud, Coteaux St-Jean, Font de Michelle and Plan du Rhône districts. Vinification details

Grapes are harvested by hand when completely matured. They are fermented for 21 days in a concrete vat and then aged during 12 months in oak barrels.
