Don Papa

‘Don Papa’ is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from Negros who, in the 1890s, helped drive the Spanish from the island and win independence for Sugarlandia. Don Papa Rum is created on the foothills of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon in the Philippines, where the finest sugar cane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is the embodiment of the Spirit of Sugarlandia.

THE DARKER DON

INGREDIENTS
40ml Don Papa Baroko
10ml Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
Fresh Mint

METHOD: In a highball glass filled wit ice,
squeeze the juice of half a lime. Charge
with Don Papa Baroko and top with a spicy
ginger beer, Stir with a cocktail spoon and
add a mint leaf sprig to garnish.
