Our authentic signature sourdough recipe is lovingly made entirely by hand in Italy. All of our pizza dough undergoes a slow proving period before each pizza is individually hand-stretched and hand-topped with fresh ingredients including 100% Emilia Romagna tomato pulp, fior di latte mozzarella, sliced prosciutto and meadow mushrooms. Our pizzas are then traditionally stone baked and immediately blast frozen to lock-in the freshness. We want you to discover the real taste of Italy from the comfort of your own home!

Keep Frozen

For best results, thaw before use. Bake the pizza directly on the rack of a pre-heated oven 220°C (Gas Mark 7 or 200°C for fan oven) for 8 - 10 minutes. OR place and cover pizza in a frying pan on a medium/ low heat for 5 – 7minutes. Slice & Serve.

Oven cook - From Frozen. 1 Preheat conventional oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C or Gas mark 7.
2 Remove all packaging and place pizza directly on the middle rack of preheated oven. Bake until golden for 8 - 10 minutes.
3 Slice, serve and enjoy! (do not reheat.)
