Our authentic signature sourdough recipe is lovingly made entirely by hand in Italy. All of our pizza dough undergoes a slow proving period before each pizza is individually hand-stretched and hand-topped with fresh ingredients including 100% Emilia Romagna tomato pulp, fior di latte mozzarella, Emmental cheese, grilled mixed peppers & sweet red onion. Our pizzas are then traditionally stone baked and immediately blast frozen to lock-in the freshness. Live life on the veg!

Store frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

For best results, thaw before use. Bake the pizza directly on the rack of a pre-heated oven 220°C (Gas Mark 7 or 200°C for fan oven) for 8 - 10 minutes. OR place and cover pizza in a frying pan on a medium/ low heat for 5 – 7minutes. Slice & Serve.
