Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven 160°C or 140°C. In a fan assisted oven (gas mark 3/4).
Place one or more cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake 14-16 minutes for a warm and gooey cookie.
Bake 16-18 minutes for a crispy crunchy cookie.
Remove from the oven. Rest on baking sheet - cookies continue to bake as they cool. Enjoy!
Baking Tips: Always pre-heat your oven. Bake one tray at a time. We like a thick cookie - if you prefer a flatter cookie press dough down slightly with a spatula before baking.
Do not consume raw cookie dough.
