Too many thickeners, preservatives, plus palm oil!

Tastes ok but not as good as even the Jus Rol cookies. However would not have bought if read the ingredients first! Dont understand why a frozen product needs so many ingredients. When I make home made cookies, with normal basic ingredients, they freeze for months! Why do we need palm oil in these? Why do they need thickeners? This is the longest list of ingredients Ive seen in frozen cookies or similar. So disappointing. Just want a short cut without consuming so much artificial stuff. I get it for fresh products, we want a decent shelf life and have to accept the consequences that come with that. But frozen?

Love these, incredibly moorish that I have to do practice some serious self restraint to not eat the whole pack as soon as they are out of the oven,

Delicious cookies

All the family loved these cookies and wouldnt know they were gluten free. Great to have in the freezer and so easy to cook, either from frozen or chilled. We had them warm, a few minutes out of the oven, firmed up a little bit so easy to handle. Definitely on the buy again list.

I love these cookies, they taste incredible! Ingredients are not bad either, much better than other products out there.
