Baking Tips:
Always pre-heat your oven. Bake one tray at a time. We like a thick cookie - if you prefer a flatter cookie press dough down slightly with a spatula before baking. Bake for 2-3 extra minutes if you prefer a crispier cookie.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 160°C or 140°C in a fan assisted oven (Gas Mark 3/4).
Place one or more cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake 14-16 minutes for a warm and gooey cookie. Bake 16-18 minutes for a crispy crunchy cookie.
Remove from the oven. Rest on baking sheet - cookies continue to bake as they cool. Enjoy!

If purchased chilled: Consume or freeze before "best before date". Once frozen, consume within 1 year.
If purchased frozen: consume before "best before date". If defrosted, keep chilled and consume within 90 days. Once tray is opened, store chilled and consume within 7 days.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
